DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled. (e.g., "The slow roasted pork shoulder recipe at [URL on your site] was removed.")
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Your Country/State/District, e.g., the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California] and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed content in approximately 10 to 14 business days unless we receive notice from the original copyright claimant that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be directed to our designated Copyright Agent via the methods specified on our Contact Us page.
